What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. All purchases are final.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine resolution.
