Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@themaroonecollection.com. We may be able to update your address if your order has not yet been processed.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping information?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your information. Please contact us within 24 hours. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Can I add to my order?
Orders begin processing immediately after placement. Additional items cannot be added. We recommend placing a separate order if needed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
Please check all possible delivery locations, including your mailbox, porch, or surrounding areas. Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off. Please allow up to three business days.
If your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
